FANTASTIC! They were prompt, responsive, professional and polite. They kept me informed all along the way of the progress and status of the project. You cannot tell that they ever cut into my stucco. And even though they said that my cost did not include repainting the stucco to match the existing wall, they did that too! I will definitely call them back for any electrical needs.

Very professional. Chris and Rich were great! Had exact same work done by another company (from Angie's List), for less money, and they screwed it up. Ambient was a bit more expensive but well worth the money. Would definitely use Ambient again!

They arrived on time & completed the work in a quick professional manner. The rewiring & new outlet looked great & worked fine. They looked at the lighting system & concluded that it would be cheaper & better to replace & upgrade the system instead having them try to fix it. The workman were knowledgeable & polite.

Everything went great from estimate to work completion. Ambient Electric provided an estimate the same day and completed all work, including permit and inspections, within 1 week from estimate. Ambient electricians were professional, courteous and answered all questions regarding the conversion. The conversion was more complex than anticipated and Ambient completed the job the same day without any cost increase -- they honored their original bid! Electricians were great - respectful and courteous.

Couldn't be happier with the service we received from Ambient Electric. They were on time, very professional and were extra careful to clean up after the job was complete. They followed up to make sure there were not any issues. They also handled all the permits with no issues. And they had the best price we could find on Angie's list. Total win for us. Highest recommendation!

They showed up on time and did very good work and seemed to really care that the job was done at very high standards. They did an excellent job concealing all wires. 2 man job. Each man was billed out at $85 per hour totaling $170 per hour. They ended up installing 3 out 4 cameras as we could not find a place for the 4th camera that made sense.

Ambient Electric (Eli) came to my residence and looked over my current electrical panel setup and told me exactly what will be done and what other extra costs will be involved (stucco patch). I also wanted to be ready for solar at a later date and he explained what needed to be done before getting solar so I opted for a Solar ready panel too. That was an extra $100... All the permit fees with the City of Monterey Park was included in price. The Ambient crew arrived in a timely manner and all communications were good. The only hiccup was the first installation date somehow did not get put on the calendar. And we had to reschedule it for the following week. I would definitely go with Ambient again for any big electrical work.

I had some problems with them and I didn't like it, He blamed me for the electric panels being too wide he said it should either electric panel it would be a good receiver and know that but the neighbor explain to me that the width of the electric panel it is so important that it would make it easy to install much more time consuming to install, We found out that it was a quarter of an inch too wide because I had foreseen that he blamed me for that and eventually I told him that if you could just finish the job I will be willing to pay two hundred dollars more in my opinion, he is obligated to tell me listen it is so important the panel is too wide and it is going to take more time and it is going to cost you more.
