ADVANCED INSTALLATION

Terrible. It took 3 different visits for Paul (late >2 hours each time) to complete the work because he never had the right tools. He cut open a huge hole in our wall to attach the hood and was unable to drywall and cover it afterwards. He couldn't route the vent externally making the whole purpose of the hood only cosmetic. He cut the metal piece covering the chimney hood so it was crooked and jagged and the whole chimney hood looked damaged. Then he said there was nothing he could do to fix it except have us order a different hood. He gave us back a fraction of the money we paid him after a month of calling him, and now we have to start the whole project over. We still need to repair, drywall and paint over the exposed hole in our kitchen wall, we need to replace part of the chimney hood he cut incorrectly, and we have already found someone who says it will be easy to vent it externally. The hood was >$1000 and he made it and our kitchen look like trash.
