Jesse Acosta is unique. He was the only one to take the time to assess each room in my house to properly size a replacement furnace, A/C unit and ducting. The other five vendors merely spent time trying to decipher the capacity on the existing labels on my old equipment to size and quote a replacement. He didn't try to oversell or upsell and didn't over-emphasize any work that others led me to believe that only they could provide. He also made sure that I had a thermostat that would properly control the features of my new system. Jesse and his crew showed up promptly, kept me informed as they progressed and cleaned-up at the end of the day. As the installation was in late January, I didn't have a chance to experience the air conditioning until the first summer heat wave in June. I called him while the heat wave was in process as I didn't feel that the "problem room" (high ceilings, farthest from the unit and west facing) was being cooled sufficiently. He assured me that the unit was properly sized and came out to evaluate the situation. He made a few adjustments to the ducting run and balanced the air flow to the various rooms. During the next heat wave, my wife and I noticed a definite improvement in the comfort of our master bedroom. Jesse is a pleasure to work with, provided exceptional service and designed a right-sized system at a very competitive price.

Jesse and his crew have been servicing our old unit for a number of years - and doing a great job. The old unit finally gave up the ghost and we had to have a new cooling unit installed. From letting us know what our options & costs were, to the professional installation done by Dani & Jose, everything went very smoothly. Not only did they replace the old unit, but they re-routed some of the tubing in the attic so the unit is easier to service, and installed larger plenums so the air flow out of the room vents is much quieter. We couldn't be happier with the job they did, and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks us for an AC/Heating contractor.

My old heater was under recall and Jesse was able to install a replacement quickly at a fair price. It's clear he takes pride in what he does. I highly recommend him.

Jesse, the owner of Acosta, was very friendly, responsive, and professional from initial contact, the A/C proposal, and all the way through the job and final inspections with the city and state inspectors.  I obtained quotes from 3 different contractors, and theirs was fair and competitive.  The people that Jesse had on the job knew what they were doing and were very easy to work and communicate with.  They were able to start about a week after I signed the proposal.  The job took 2 days to complete, and they were willing to work on Saturday to get the job done.  The left the job site clean and all debris was removed.  Overall they did a great job and I am very happy - no complaints at all.  Definitely an A+ contractor and job -- I wish there were more contractors like this.  I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

It's not often that you have a transaction with a business that proves to be basically perfect from start to finish. I called Acosta HVAC because I was looking for Trane HVAC products.  Jesse Acosta, the owner arranged to see me the next day. Believe it or not he arrived on time with a smile and friendly greeting. I explained my problem and Jesse set to work. Around the house, into the attic, measuring each room for volume.  He advised me he was calculating requirements for our residence.  He inputted all the info into a Trane computer program and was back the next day with proposals.  He was professional, not pushy and had the customer's interest in mind.  Jesse's price was more than competitive and the following week his crew was on the job. Installation was complete in two days with the most advanced system available.  Jesse has been back to our house several times including being present for the final inspection. I recommend Jesse Acosta to anyone looking for HVAC help. He is the best!!

While we did not select Acosta Heating & A/C for the job we were so impressed with Jesse, his thoroughness and professionalism that we wanted to write a review. Jesse spent fully 3 hours in our home looking at the equipment that needed replacing, taking room measurements to determine heating and cooling requirements, explaining various technical concepts to us in a very clear manner. The overall experience was very positive. The reason we chose a competitor was that they were very familiar with our model home. We would definitely consider utilizing Jesse's services in the future.

It was excellent!  They were punctual, polite, and professional.  Furthermore, they did a fantastic job with the installation and the ductwork and for a competitive price.  What’s more is my neighbors have used their services, and they are just as happy.

Initially left message on July 3, end of afternoon just before independence day in the middle of a heat wave.  Did not expect a call.  Another quoted $400 to replace motor for AC.

We now have cool air in the upstairs bedrooms during this awful heat spell. What a relief.
I have used Jesse Acosta in the past for all my heating and A/C needs and several years ago he suggest we "rezone" the house when I was going to remodel. Well, we decided to remodel and I called Jesse to get the work started. It took about five days to get all the duct work installed throughout the house and move the equipment in the attic through a newly created crawl space. The final result is the rewarding feeling of cool air in the upstairs without freezing out the downstairs.
The attention to detail is why I use Acosta and he did not let me down. Jesse and his crew did exactly what they said they would do and did a nice neat and clean job.

Ramon was on time for the estimate, and took a good hour going through the attic and then making his recommendations to us.  He was polite, friendly and seemed extremely knowledgable.  The estimate came in a few hundred dollars higher than the one we got from another heating & AC company, and we decided to go with the lower price.  However, I would not hesitate to contact Acosta again if we had another job.  Seems like a great company.

These guys are the real deal.  They showed up on time, did what they said they would, everything is working as promised and anticipated.  After the installation, they spent time educating me on the processes of cleaning the cleaneffects electronic filter grids.  I am happy to have the name of a great heating/AC company moving forward.

It was a fabulous experience. Jesse arrived promptly.  He was courteous and professional.  Jesse explained the work which was being done and why.  Everything was clean when finished.

The job went very well.  They installed drop cloths to capture any dirt and cleaned up job site before departing.  The duct work was completed on time and within my schedule.

We met with Jesse Acosta on Tuesday. He checked our system which had it's last breath the weekend before. The system was old and extremly ineffecent. Jesse measured the house and gave us several options to replace our heater. He gave us options to keep our current ducts as well as the 95% efficent system and an option to add A/C. Jesse left us brochures to review and no pressure what so ever. My wife and I reviewed the options and I made an appointment with Jesse to come back Wednesday. We reiviewed everything again with Jesse. I asked him to explain the differences and he spent the time to explain. We chose the system and he made arrangements to begin on Friday. The asbestos removal company showed up right on time and with-in a few hours ducts and asbestos threat was gone. Saturday morning Jesse stopped by to remove the tape from the vents and also brought us portable heaters to keep us warm while the work was in progress. They worked all week installing the new system and all of the Acosta workers were very professional and easy to work with infact our dog loved them all. The system was up and running by the weekend. We have had a couple minor repairs since the installation and again when I called they quickly responed and took care of it. I am so glad I found Acousta and will us them for all my heating and a/c services from now on.
