Emailed and called and left message to request an estimate, neither was responded to.

Came to my house to measure, and were going to get back to me with a quote. But they never provided a quote and were non-responsive when I tried to contact again.

Excellent. They showed up on time & completed the job quickly & efficiently. Highly recommend.

Problem was part of my fence was leaning down. I got estimates from several vendors and Newark Fence provided 2 options to fix it for the least cost. They did a very thorough & professional job.

Belligerent attitude from person named Deepak. Total lack of humility, customer service or professionalism. This guy should not be answering phone calls from customers. Someone was supposed to show up to provide an estimate for a fallen front yard fence on Sunday at 1 pm. No one showed up. The previous day, Saturday, an employee had called me asking me if I was free as he was in the area. Told him no, I was not available. He then said he will see me Sunday. Sunday on show. Left 2 messages on their phone on Sunday but no reply, Called up Monday, today, and person named Deepak cops an attitude with me, telling me that, 'The weather was not good, so we could not come. We tried to reach you, but you were not there." I told him that there was no message from his employee. I admit I was irritated, but instead of saying," I am sorry this happened to you sir, how can we right this?", he started showing me attitude. I told him I will take my business somewhere else, he said, "Go ahead." I guess they are getting fat on all the business due to the recent storms toppling fences all over the Bay Area and do not need my business.

The work was excellent and was completed within three days prior to my vacation trip.  Juan and the installers worked professionally and worked with me when I requested some additional modifications, which increased the price, but I was okay with that.  As promised, the work was completed before my vacation. The installers cleaned up after the installations.

I had them come back and fix the gate because it was hard to open. They came out and did a really good job of fixing it. They fixed it, but it started to be hard to open again. I need to call them and they've been really good about coming back.

I called around to a number of places and they were the ones that answered their phone and came in with the best price. No problems on installation, very easy to deal with, the fence was way sturdier than I expected for what I needed. Very easy to work with, they always answer their phone, would definitely work with them again.

Setting up the fence build was a little difficult, not on their part but on ours. Three homeowners with different ideas... ugh... Deepak at Newark Fence was great to work with and kept on point with what the customers wanted. This is a very important trait in good businesses.
Aside from us all agreeing to what was needed, Newark fence was great in responding to requests and providing information even with some email issues. Once the date was agreed upon by all parties planning and fine tuning commenced.
They arrived on time, on a Saturday, and worked all day. All three areas had "issues": hillside, view obstruction mitigation, dog issues, etc. so each area had to have homeowner oversight to make sure the job was done to our specs. Instead of managing them however, it was more like guiding their decisions. The crew was great!
During the build, they accidentally broke an irrigation pipe which is not hard to do since there is almost no way of knowing what is underneath the ground until you start digging. They were very responsible and spent considerable time ensuring their repair was completed and their was nor more leak.
They cleaned up the site very well and other than the new fencing, you almost couldn't tell they were even here.

Good job. I called out five  contractors. This one and one other were tied for low bid. I chose this company because, Mike, the supervisor was very easy to work with. He was very responsive to me as the one to initiate the contact (although my neighbor tried to get a hold of him for more work and the neighbor said he didn't get a call back by the start of the job). I got calls and emails in advance of the job to confirm. Crew showed up on time. Demo'd old fence; saved as many plants as possible; and installed new fence in a couple of days. I approved the first days work (as the primary contact) but neighbor needed changes. Posts in and stringers installed. Next day the crew made the changes after a call to Mike the supervisor who called the crew (he was not on site) and told them to make the changes. Crew balked a bit at first but then they got in line and finished strong. Looks good. I have more work with a different even more challenging neighbor. I would call them out again.

The service went wonderfully. They had the best pricing out of the other companies I looked into. They delivered exactly what was promised and on time. They did an excellent job. They actually did an upgraded fence that looks wonderful. Two technicians and a supervisor were out. They completed the job in a timely manner and there were no issues with the service at all. I think they even trimmed a tree back a little for me free of charge.

The fences had blown down during a windstorm and my neighbor has the liability of having a pool in her yard. Newark Fence came in and were very friendly. They performed all the contracted services in a fast and clean manner. The workers were very friendly and courteous. The owner of the company came and did a walk-through after all the work was completed and found minor items that the workers had forgotten that I did not pick up on during my inspection. He then sent a worker by the next day and added the missing items and also installed a board between the new back fence and my other neighbors to keep my dog from peering through the small opening. Newark Fence was very thorough and performed great work and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of fencing.
