It was a very good job, but I had to make a lot of phone calls to find someone to help me and that's ok because this company ended up working out great. They cut the material for my husband so he could do our two kitchen chairs. I had them upholster two other chairs for our game room and they look wonderful. They ordered the wrong material the first time around but corrected the mistake quickly. Overall it was a pretty good experience.
