I can't say enough great things about Jessica. She is friendly, down-to-earth, and honest. She is amazing with dogs- as soon as I hand the leash to her my dog turns into a perfect (well, maybe not PERFECT, but definitely better-behaved) gentleman. There are crates and little areas for the pups throughout her home. She has a huge back yard where they are taken out in groups to play. She is going to be turning part of her house into an indoor playspace since the "rainy season" is coming.  
Jessica is flexible, responsive, and commutative. For example, I have an active adolescent pup and Jessica tries to get him out to play as much as possible. There have been times when I have had to bring him for weird hours, like 1pm-9pm, and Jessica is really up-front about how much he'll be able to play, since she knows this is important to me. She also let me know when she thought my dog had a health problem to be checked out- and she was right! 
The only thing I would change is that I wish the pup could be out and about all day, but that would require much more space and probably a pretty rigorous screening process for the dogs. That said, I would rather have him with her than anywhere else!
