We’ve had CBS back to do many projects inside and outside of our home. Out side we’ve had them install windows, build a custom deck in our backyard and paint the exterior of the house using a three color scheme. Inside we had CBS remodel two of our bathrooms and the kitchen. They have installed recessed lighting, ceiling fans and crown molding. To finish it off CBS installed slate tiles on our fireplace from floor to ceiling and texture and paint the whole interior of the house. CBS is the only Contractor we use. Excellent workmanship!

The job was done, bathroom looks amazing and I would use California Building Solutions again!

This review is long overdue. We were looking to upgrade our kitchen and found CBS. We had a few quotes from different contractors and they were all over the place. More importantly, we did not feel comfortable with any of them. I saw CBS truck one day and decided to call them and ask for a quote. Konstantin scheduled a visit and few days later provided us a quote. He knew exactly what we were looking for and made the whole process easy. Once we signed the contract, we scheduled a time for the work to get started. I was very scared as i always hear of horror stories during kitchen remodel and surprise expenses. Anyway, the crew was amazing. They completed the demo in 1 day. We worked with Home Depot to design the kitchen. All the cabinets were delivered on time and the crew was able to start installing immediately. We also replaced our floors and Konstantin recommended a great floor guy. Here's some of the things that stand out: 1) The entire crew was amazing. 2) They cleaned up after themselves. 3) They did not cut corners and did everything to my standards. 4) The price was very fair. 5) Communication was excellant and very easy to get a hold to Konstantin. 6) The quality of the work was amazing. The kitchen turned out amazing. I'm OCD and was looking for things that i could provide CBS feedback for. Everything met my standard and above. We get compliments every time someone comes to our house. We will be using CBS for another project in the near future. I'm glad we went with CBS.

We couldn't be happier with the work CBS did on our house. Konstantine was thorough in explaining the process and his crew were very courteous and respectful to our house. We got several quotes from other contractors, but the estimate from CBS was lower and they finished faster that any other estimate we received. We love our new bathroom, and our new patio cover is awesome! We highly recommend them!

We had our guest bathroom remodeled. They stuck to their original price even though it took longer than to two weeks that was originally estimated. The job required moving a wall, installing a pocket door, electrical upgrades, moving plumbing, all sheet rock, tiling of the new shower, tiling the dry floor, providing a "hot mop" shower pan, meeting with the building inspector, and a few specialty requests. The owner of the business (Scott) was on site almost everyday until the project was done. There were minor tiling flaws that I pointed out that he was quick to have corrected. These guys were very easy to work with. They left the bathroom in primed and ready to paint condition (because I don't mind painting and I did not want to pay them to paint for me). I received a quote for another Angie's List recommended contractor that I had used just two months prior and his quote was $7,000 more than CBS BTW- Angie's List is not updated for these folks: They are licensed in California under License #849826 The owner is Scott Carloss
