This is the second time I have used this company. The first experience (around $6000) was much easier. This time I was given a new salesman because the other one did not want to travel south to San Jose. The new salesperson did not know his product and it took me longer to make my decision and I had to direct him to double check if I could resand an engineered flooring I had selected. He said yes and when I asked him to call the factory to double check, he found out it could not be resanded. This flooring would have cost more and I would have been unhappy to find out that I could not resand the floor. His knowlege on carpeting was excellent. The baseboard experience was something to be be desired as they had to come out three times to get it right. The scheduling was not right. I was told Monday and then Wed. The best thing about this company is that they have all the flooring under one roof. The price was fair. The workmanship was good. The salesman was very nice and tried his best to make everything run smooth.
