It took several months to get the piece back and when it was offered for pick up it was in two pieces. The owner asked if we wanted it reassembled (!). The answer would be yes--it was in one piece when taken to the shop. The hardware is now on upside down. The piece has been devalued-- I fear irreparably. The finish is gloppy and has a lot of dust imbedded in the varnish. We called the owner within 24 hours to let him know it needs to be redone. No response although the check was cashed immediately. Since the company does not take credit cards, the buyer has no recourse to the consumer protections offered via credit card.
