They've done a very nice job. They did my windows and screens and were in and out very quickly. They did a nice job. They arrived when they said they would. They have been out twice now and they always do the job.

It was fine. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

America's Best Window Cleaning did a great job. They were wonderful. They were on time. When they were in my home, they made sure to have clean shoes and they cleaned up after themselves. They were professional and very friendly, as well. 

The first time I used America's Best Window Cleaning, they were great. The second time didn't work out so well. They sent the wrong guy. They sent a guy who didn't know how to do screen doors. Then, they had to schedule a month later, to send a guy who knew how to do screen doors. A month later, they sent the same guy who didn't know how to do screen doors. So, they asked if they could take my screen doors and take them into their shop. I said, "Sure, no problem. When will they be back?" They said this week. I said, "Great." That week, I still hadn't gotten my screen doors, and I called because we were having a party on Saturday. They were like, "We don't know if we can get them." But they did show up before my party, but they did send the wrong guy out twice.

My experience with America's Best Window Cleaning was a little complicated. It took some time to get some people out here. We got our lines crossed. They didn't show up when they said they would. Then they sent someone out about a week later and he was here at a specified time but I had to go down the street for the supermarket. I forget what for. By the time I got back, he had already been here, left a note. He came back and then he had told me because I had one high window, that wasn't covered. It tool about 90 days to get the work done. The service itself went well. He did all the outside and that's what I wanted done.

I was totally dissatisfied. I had to pay them to do extra windows. I think it was probably double what I expected. They blamed the add, that the add wasn't correct in explaining that it was only 20 windows one side. It let you to believe that it was the whole house. And I only have a two-bedroom house; I don't have a mansion here, so I was pretty upset. The quality was good. They did a good job on the windows that they did. Their responsiveness was good; they were out the next day.

I was a little disappointed because I thought they were going to do more than that and when I asked them to clean the down spout or something, they said that would be more. I was surprised with that because I have almost no gutters in my house, it's very, very little of work. So I just didn't have them do that work.
