Craig Wagnecht was recommended by a local contractor. We had already had an estimate from another heating and air company which was $2400. So we saved $500 by getting more estimates. Craig was very efficient. He was on time for the estimate, e-mailed the final estimate the same day and was on time for the installation. Both he and his assistant were friendly, respectful, and very professional. They not only installed the furnace but they did not like the look of the insulation around the ducts so they removed all of the old dirty insulation replacing it with updated insulation which looked so much better. They did not leave a mess but left the area very clean. After they left there was a clicking sound when the furnace came on so they immediately turned around. All it was, was a piece of paper that must have been in the ducts. They were so apologetic. This is the type of personal service that I thought wasn't around any more. Not true. I would highly recommend Quality Heating & Cooling.
