TERRIBLE ! !
A $15,000 fixed price - all inclusive expansion will cost me $30,000 and take 2years !. The owner pretends to be a local company but is actually a Las Vegas firm. Had I only known that ,I would have feared some Flim-Flam and never would have gone with this personable young man. He did not pull the necessary permits (as required by law - sticking the property owner) he requested only cash payments - I wonder why ? He wouldn't do a written contract and later claimed job was materials and labor, which it clearly wasn't. Always, Mike would move his ever-changing crew around to other jobs never finishing this task. After a year and a half, the stress got to me and I gave up.
This addition was to house visiting family members coming to care for me. I am a senior with terminal cancer. Haemmig took advantage of my disability, even breaking into our property to harass us for even more money !
