They were great! Came over right away, were on time, were respectful of our household needs (with two small children and nap times). The repair person was very friendly and professional, and he seemed to really make an effort to complete the jobs as quickly as possible since they charge by the hour. A little less in cost than some others in town, too. I will be calling them again with any repair jobs on my appliances!
