I worked with Kerri. She was wonderful. I live out of state, so she was my eyes and ears on site. She helped me identify suitable properties for sale, estimated the rental value, and looked at properties for me. She took pictures so I could see more than the MLS listing showed. She made recommendations, and helped me find the perfect house. She also found a contractor to do the rental turnaround work to get it ready to rent, and he did a great job for a reasonable price. I'm delighted with the investment home, and Kerri turned what could have been a scary experience into a pleasure.
