+ -1 moreI bought a home in Penn Valley in October 2000. Unknown to me, the house had an undersized air conditioning unit that was able to cool the air 20 degrees for the house inspection occurring on a mild fall day, but it was not able to cool the house during the summer heat. The unit completely froze after two 100 degree days of trying to cool the house. The company that provided the undersized unit took no responsibility for it's failure. Affordable Heating & Air Conditioning came out on the July 4th holiday weekend, diagnosed the problem, and was able to install a new, correctly sized unit the same week. The unit has been working without incident for 12 years.
