This same company came to do this work 6 years ago and did a terrible job. This time it was much better. The crew starts out by trying to blow the lint out from where the dryer connects to the vent. Six years ago they never checked to see if that worked; it did not. This time the crew used a camera to see that just using the blower had not worked. A ladder was used to use a rotary brush from the exterior with a lot of lint coming out. I really appreciate them doing Quality Assurance instead of assuming things are correct.
