They were very professional. They gave me a good deal and they did good work. Very friendly and hard working.

I'd rate them "A's" across the board except for pricing which I'd give them a "D" on. I would use them again. Again this is a company my Dad used. Professionalism was spot on. Price is a little high and follow up can be a little spotty in my experience.

All services were performed as expected. Technicians were professional and scheduling/office support was excellent

Anytime I've had any plumbing or electrical problems, I've gone to them. It's very professional plumbing work. They're very responsive in an obviously stressful time when something was going wrong. They're just very responsive.

All of the drains and toilets in our house were backed up and each time someone would use the water they would all back up with sewer water. After being without water, toilets, and showers for 3 days while we waited for our home warranty company to find the problem and a plumber that could actually fix it I finally decided to call my own plumber.  I found Perry Plumbing through another Angie's List provider. I called them in the morning about our urgent problem and they had someone out the same day. Joel, our service technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He was able to find the problem and clear the clog within 1 hour. He helped me deal with or home warranty company so that we could get reimbursed for his services under our warranty. He also gave me helpful tips in case it ever happened again.  I would definitely call Perry Plumbing again.

The only good one is Perry Plumbing. Fantastic. They do handicapped/disabled adaptations. They are perfect. They are just so respectful. They send three technicians to do the job. They give us an estimate ahead of time. When they do come to do the work, they put plastic down on the floors all the way from the front door. They all wear booties and gloves. They kept asking us if this is what we expect; just fantastic. The quality is unsurpassed, but the price is competitive. They are not a discount company. With regard to price, we always want a deal.

My experience with them has been very good, but rather expensive though. They were efficient and they will come out right away. The price was very high for the work that he did. He fixed the broken pipe, but he said they did not repair the wall, so to this day it has not been finished. The workmanship was excellent. I still have to call them back, because the thing that turns the water on and off, it has to be replaced and put in the right position. The blue is hot and the red is cold! I would use them again if I can't find something cheaper and if I'm flooded in water! My husband has been using them for a long time, but I never dealt with them myself, but I thought that this was very expensive.

We've used them before, they always showed up on time and did the work. They were competitive but somehow they were expensive.

A service technician was at my house within 30 minutes and prompty fixed the issue. Response time was great and price was fair. The service technician was nice, professional and did a good job. I would use Perry Plumbing again

They did a great job. They came quickly and fixed what we needed. There was no disruption to us whatsoever.

GE hot water heater purchased from Lowes failed six years into a 12 year warranty. GE warranty division via Bombay, India 1-800 line and then the local Lowes said to validate warranty the broken water heater had to be returned to store...crazy as that sounds since Lowes installed it and it weighs several hundred pounds and is at an installed location The customer service drone at Lowes said to disconnect it and return it to the store. Not so easy for a homeowner considering the weight and size of the 50 gallon water heater. Well, Perry Plumbing was kind enough to disconnect the unit and take the failed water heater back to Lowes with me so that the warranty replacement could be completed. Lowes provided a new GE water heater and Perry Plumbing then put it back on their truck, deliver and installed at our home. A happy ending to our story. The next day we also had a new kitchen faucet installed by the same company. It was a difficult task because of the undermount sink and tight work area. We will be using Perry Plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs.

NOT WELL!!!! They wanted to charge me over $5,000 for moving the hot water heater less than 20 ft! I got another plumbing company who did an excellent job for $1,340! Perry performed a jetter service which the serviceperson said I needed after he looked in the pipes. After the jetter service, the house smelled like sewage. I had to call 3 times to get a service person out (and they waived the horrendous $35 fee).

Dominic arrived in a timely fashion. He is a very pleasant young man who took great care in regard to cleanliness (much appreciated). I had purchased the part and he installed it. The charge was $132, but with my Angie's discount, it was reduced to $107. I think the price was too high for the time and labor involved, but that's my only complaint. The toilet works just great now.

PERRY PLUMBING DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH COMING IN AFTER HOURS AND FIXING THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. HE SAW THE LEAK, TOLD ME WHAT HE WOULD HAVE TO DO, AND DID IT THE WAY THAT HE DESCRIBED IT...NO MORE THAN WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO DO! I THOUGHT THAT WAS GREAT!

EVERY TIME WE USED THEIR SERVICE THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PUNCTUAL, COURTEOUS, AND HELPFUL. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
