Merry Maids of National City

Someone came out to my house for a free estimate and was very nice, thorough, and quick! I scheduled a deep cleaning and the two ladies that came out were so sweet and did a great job. Everyone has been professional and punctual, and I plan on scheduling them to come out every 2 weeks.

The two women did a very good job. The floor in my upstairs bedroom is wood laminate, and the one woman did it on her hands and knees! It looked like brandnew.

Okay but pricey and nothing extraordinary. Prompt, professional, responsive person to deal with on the phone.

I liked that there was a local number to call, the office person was very pleasant, and I was able to make an appointment for a few days hence. I had scheduled for 9 am. When there was no one here at 9:30, I called; it turns out that and quot;9 amand quot; means and quot;between 9 and 12and quot;. They started at 11:30 and worked through to 3:30. I wish the time would have been perfectly clear.
The gals were gracious, worked hard throughout the four hours, and took pride in their work. At the end, I inspected the rooms, and they responded to a few concerns about one of the the blinds and a section of the baseboards. I liked a LOT that they use cleaners without smell or chemicals. My and quot;cozyand quot; home has a lot of books, knick-knacks, and other small items, and they were careful and thorough about it all. So overall, I was pleased.
My less than perfect ratings derive from the confusion about the time, and my (probably unreasonable) expectation that my floors would be gleaming. Despite those objections, I felt they were trustworthy and conscientious, and I would use them again.

I called Merry Maids for information and we scheduled a time for a representative to come to the apartment for a quote. She came for a brief visit to see the apt. and gave me a run-down of what the cleaners do and do not do in each room. She then gave me her card and a quote: $225 for the first visit and $125 for each biweekly visit after that. After looking into one more company with the same quote, I went with Merry Maids based on the customer service and the pleasant home visit. They now have cleaned my home several times and I'm pleased with the work. I do sometimes notice some spots that have been missed.; for example, small spaces that would be reached with a vacuum attachment. On the other hand, they routinelly clean areas that I never used to clean myself, such as the top of the refrigerator. Overall, they do a good job and I plan on continuing with them.

We chose Merry Maids because they could come-out the next day. They arrived early and cleaned everything. They claimed that cleaning the windows took them a long time. Overall, I was happy with them, but I will do my own cleaning now that we are moved in. They tried to sell me extended, less expensive long-term contract deals, but I declined.

Very well. Early on, a lamp was broken, the housekeeper told me, and they paid me for it. They did take the lamp with them, but that was not a problem.

First Eddie came to my home for an estimate. We discussed what I wanted done and how I preferred to have it done in detail. She gave me an estimate, and when I agreed to the price, she scheduled a day and time. Two women came to my house right on time, and after I pointed them in the right direction, they went right to work. They worked hard for over 5 hours, nearly 3 of which were spent scrubbing the very stained walls and ceilings. They asked me to inspect their work to see if they were done. I found everything done as good or better than expected. I have used their service in the past and then tried someone else who was cheaper(they were lousy). I'm back with them because it seems you get what you pay for.

THE STAFF IS VERY PROMPT AND THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT. THE HOUSE WAS SPARKLING CLEAN. I'M USUALLY VERY PICKY BUT THE GIRLS DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I WOULD CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN

MM WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. MM WERE VERY TRUSTWORTHY WHEN IT CAME TO CLEANING MY HOUSE. I EVEN GAVE THEM A KEY TO MY HOUSE AND ASKED TO HAVE ONE SPECIFIC PERSON CLEAN MY HOUSE ONCE EVERY MONDAY... VERY EXCELLENT WORK...
