These guys are terrible. They don't answer the phones or call you back, they wanted a security deposit to order a 70 part for an LG dishwasher, really? I used them once, my wife was not happy, they replaced the same part and it broke again. I have been trying to get them out for two weeks now. Look at the other reviews, get them the h*** off of Angies List, is that not why we come here? To find people who are reliable and good at what they do. Get them the h*** of this list.

Horrible company to deal with....it takes forever for them to answer the phone, then they schedule a couple of weeks out. The tech was suppose to arrive between 11 and 1, and they call at 12:15 with some made up excuse as to why the tech could not make it out to the house and offer to reschedule 2 weeks out

After determining that there were no parts for our broken trash compactor, AHS ordered a new KitchenAid compactor and needed to send a company to install it. We refused the services of a different company because we were so please with Master Tech’s professionalism in the past, and we are glad we did. The installer was thorough, clean, and centered the appliance in the spot that was too large. (New compactors are a couple of inches narrower than the older one we had to replace.) The installation was so good that we don’t feel we need to build up the cabinetry around it. Both Master Tech and American Home Shield have been very good to us.

Came on time, determined that there would be no replacement parts for our oven, measured corretly, ordered the right oven, took care of negotiations with American Home Shield (who were really agreeable actually), installed the oven after removing the old one and taking it with them. It was not a bad experience at all! It cost us the usual $75 service call fee and then an additional $300 to get a stainless steel front. Warning: We had to emphatically ask for Mastertech, refusing to deal with any other appliance repair company that AHS wants to send, and we will continue to do so, even if we have to wait for an appointment.

They have repaired appliances and given me information about other appliances before I purchase them. They are very good about informing people on what to purchase as far reality. They do not over sell you on repairs or other products.
