Its a mess! They charged me twice for supplies ($250.00 x 2 = $500.00 for the supplies.) They weren't offensive, they just didn't do the work correctly. Lee was never on the job site until I complained. When I showed him all of the remaining dead branches, his response, "Pick them them up yourself. I'm busy!"
Description of Work: They were supposed to scrape off the topsoil (till?) and re-seed my lawn. They were also to connect the existing lawn irrigation system in one small part of the lawn. They were supposed to cut back some trees and haul away the debris in the backyard. They didn't re-seed big patches (in fact, its growing best where they never touched!) Where they did re-seed, they used St. Augustine grass, which is very unsatisfactory. They didn't hook up the sprinkler system. They hauled away some of the debris, but not all of it. They left a lot of branches up in the tree, so when the wind blows, my lawn is littered with branches.
