He was able to come out the day I called to give a quote and set up an appointment. Showed up 30 minutes early to set his equipment up and start on time!

I originally contacted Rudy in Jan. for a onsite estimate. We settle on $165 to come cut front and back lawn, trim the hedges/bushes, trim over hang on tree over the patio, trim the weeds in non grass area and spray and cut top of dead tree about 6 inches that extends past fence (visibility). My son initially declined. In Feb. , After I cut half of the back lawn and my son cut the front lawn with the exception of the side , I contracted Rudy to come and complete the clean up. He scheduled me two weeks out Feb 18, I told him I would be out of town but he stated he would send me the bill, we agreed. He contacted me and stated his mower was broke and he could not come. On the 19th he notified me the mower was working and would be there on the 20th. I stated that was fine and asked him to call me. He didn't call, however on the 20th my camera recorded him near the front door. I sent him a text to ensure he was doing the job we discussed. He sent a text stating he was done, would come back to spray and of course he has billed me, I did pay that day. On 2/21 I called to follow up with Rudy, however he did not answer, I left a message. On 2/24 I arrived home and noted that Rudy had not done anything other than cut the remainder of grass left and trim the dead tree branches. I sent a text to him explaining my disappointment and confusion of him not doing the job he stated he would do. I also asked if he intended to come back and finish the job. I have given him ample time to return a call and return to finish this job. This man does not follow through , does not return calls and most certainly give the profession a bad name.
