OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE HANDS DOWN!! Jimmy and Silvia provided great customer service! Jimmy came to my house and did a full assessment, took measurements, and then discussed with me the several different options/colors, designs! I went with his every recommendation since he has been doing this for over 15 years--- AND I'm so glad I did!! The shutters are BEAUTIFUL!! But even more AMAZING is the strength of these-- INCREDIBLE! I had vinyl shutters in the home I used to live in...and they were nothing like this. I would go to open them and they would close slightly because they were loose. Also, the little plastic jiont that connects to the bar and the shutter would always break--- but these have metal-- and they are strong! This polycore material is great! My shutters look beautiful and HIGH QUALITY...and when I go to touch it....I can feel the quality of the material and I'm so excited and happy with the style and color! Jimmy was very careful to match the color with my existing casing....THANKS SO MUCH JIMMY! Your attention to detail has paid off-- I would've never thought to look at those things...Thanks again!
