Edgar responded immediately and made himself available as early as the next day. This was very important since a disabled family member would be coming home from a rehab facility in a few days. He arrived when he said he would, looked over the place to assess the job, went out to buy the grab bars, did the job very nicely, cleaned up thoroughly, and even went out of his way with one more request. Our apartment owners had demanded a "plan" for their files, and since Edgar didn't really understand exactly what they wanted, he took the time to speak with the management team and get details so everything would be correct. He then did the plan for them. He tried to refuse to charge me more than the original estimate, even given the hassles of parking in our area and of having to stick around to write up the plan. His original estimate including materials was $120, much less than his time and expertise were worth. As he left he said, "If you have any trouble with those bars--you won't--but call me right away."
He was friendly, personable, and considerate. I can now feel secure with those solid safety bars for my loved one.
