Went great.  Always a pleasure working with their plumbing crew.  They are honest, do not tae advantage, and are knowledgeable.

Our experience with Paul was all positive. He was able to work our job into a busy schedule by scheduling the work on two consecutive days. For us, the two-appointment solution was far better than waiting a week to address the problems. He was on time, smart, professional, and a good problem solver. We felt quite comfortable having him in our home. In his work, he was careful and neat. He cleaned up after the job and left everything working as it should be. We were quite pleased with Paul and the experience and would certainly use Chihuahua Plumbing again for household plumbing problems.

The plumber, Tony, was at my home exactly when he said he would be. He asked for only the details he needed to determine the problem. He had all the needed equipment on his truck and wasted no time in getting the job done. All this time he was friendly but stuck to his actual job. He finished in about 30 minutes, faster than I expected. He did not try to get me to accept additional services that I did not need. I appreciated this fact, most other plumbers I have used did try to sell me something else.

It went great. They did not try and steal money from us or up sell us on anything! They actually gave us the services slightly Lowery than quoted because the problem was less extensive than it may have been. They were very personable and unintimidating.

This was a bad situation and a bad time for it to happen. Not that anytime is good, but they came out within an hour and had me fixed right up. It was a Saturday and they didn't even charge extra.

The initial assessment we received was free and accurately addressed all the problems we were experiencing with our plumbing; low water pressure, sediment build-up, etc. The estimate they provided was exactly what they billed. We were so pleased with their expertise, their service and their rate. They also came by the next day to address a running toilet that was a result of some mineral build up that they dislodged. This was above and beyond their responsibility, they just helped us out. We would highly recommend their company and use them again for future plumbing work.

He did a fantastic job and the price was so fair. We had bids for $1800 to do the same work! His was for only $600. The new shut off key was put in our wood floors and it looks great! They were very courteous and did clean work.
