I got a tax rebate for this job as they were energy efficient. They were very professional and did a very good job. Their price was good as I had checked with other companies and they were the same level as everybody else. I would also recommend them to anyone.

We had six companies bid on window replacement job. It is a big decision and one that we didn't take lightly. After hearing six presentations and hearing the pros and cons of the various manufacturers and the wide variety of prices between them, our decision became much easier when we heard the presentation of Ross Murray, VP of Operations of ALM Window & Door. He was very personable and knowledgeable of the products that he represented. He didn't push us into any particular line and left samples for us to examine. We especially appreciated the very straight forward bid that we received by email with window by window prices. We were told the exact prices of tempered windows, argon/no argon, grids/no grids and various other characteristics which seemed so honest compared to other bids that we received,a single price on a piece of paper. The installers, Ignacio and Hector were hard workers and their workmanship was excellent and showed pride, we are completely satisfied!

Ross Murray, VP of Operations (the 'M' of ALM), came out personally to do the bid. He was extremely professional, courteous, obviously very knowledgeable about his company and products. He answered all of our questions and even brought up points we hadn't thought to ask about. ALM does not do on-site bids (a nice change from the "sign right now if you want this price" approach from some of the other companies), but the bid was submitted by email the next business day with an easily understood and very clear item by item report. Once we accepted their bid Ross returned to do the detail measurements himself with very little delay. Our windows came in within two weeks. The installers were also very professional and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job. We had five different companies interview and bid this job. ALM was not only the best presentation but also came in as the lowest bid.
