Napa Valley and Beyond Our Napa SHOWROOM is located at 1558 Silverado Trail. You can view hundreds of unique take-home samples of solid hardwoods, engineered hardwoods, laminates, vinyl, luxury vinyl, linoleum, carpets, and tile. Jesus and his team are amazing. They worked under a very tight deadline because our contractor ghosted 10 days before our move in date. They did quality work and went above and beyond the call of duty: showing up early in the morning, working on a holiday weekend to meet the deadline. They are true professionals. And mostly I appreciate that they all communicated with me clearly and level headedly with no fuss. Jesus even took care of extra structural work in our kitchen floor that had been missed by our previous contractor. They left the place in order and clean. They took good care of our home. The floors look fantastic!

The first time we used West Coast Floors was about 15 years ago. It was for a single bedroom repair. They did a really good job then so we used them again for our cabin for a repair in one section, and replace in another. A+ work. We then we gave their name out to a couple of neighbors who asked for recommendations. At this point we have given the recommendation of West Coast Floors to five neighbors, and every single one has been happy. Last year we decided to change out all of our old green carpet we had because we had so many kids, and install hardwood floors. They discussed all the options with us, and we went with a higher end laminate. They did the entire house in less than 3 days. Initially, I was concerned that the new laminate material would not be as nice as real wood, but it turned out so much better. Between dogs, grandkids, and all the activity we have in our house, the material they installed has been amazing, and it was installed well. We were especially happy with the work on our grand stairs, as that I usually a difficult process. The work was awesome...even made my wife happy, and she usca tough customer. I'm usually reluctant to give out recommendations, but I have given out West Coast Floors named to at least five different people, and never once have I regretted it. Every single time I've been thanked for the recommendation by the people I gave it to.
