West coast did a great job refinishing the floors throughout my house. The work and follow up were exceptional. Floors look great and they took good care moving all my stuff and my house during the process. Two thumbs up.

Took 3 days total to finish floor

The professionalism and attention to detail is not there with this company. They damaged my flooring and sliding door frames with their Sanders. Then tried to down play the situation and argue with me about it.

Excellent results and everything was handled professionally. Zero complaints.

Floors look beautiful and even others that have visited say how nice they look. There were a lot of little details that could have been much better. The installers were pleasant to deal with. I was mostly disappointed at the level of communication. Unanswered emails, voicemail box full. If you know what to expect, you will be fine.

The entire team at West Coast were a pleasure to work with. They were patient with us while we determined the flooring to best suit our needs and did a professional install. Couldn't be happier.

Otis was very professional, friendly and helpful in providing the estimate for our hardwood floor refinishing, and laminate floor installation. The floors turned out beautifully and when I asked for some darker stain to be applied to the lighter pieces of the replacement hardwood, they did so without complaint and made sure it was to my satisfaction. They also made very nice wood threshhold transitions for the bedrooms doorways. They cut it really close to the completion date and it was a little hectic the last day but they did it. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them for quality and pricing. Thanks Otis and Jesus!

This is the company that is a member of the Vallejo Chamber of Commerce. Excellent work. I love my new floors. The contract was very clear and they keep their word: the time they will arrive the completion date. They tell you don't put anything on your newly finished floors until after the 72 hours cure time! only changes that occurred in the contract were with the changes that I made about the color and adding new baseboards.

Our family is very pleased with the new oak flooring Jesus and his crew laid in three bedrooms in our home. Jesus completed the work just as he said he would, on time, high quality work, finish color just as we had hoped it would be, and the crew was very hard working and cordial. They also show up when they say they are going to and finish when they promise - and that is critical for me as I am a project manager for many houses!

very flexible as to work schedule

Jesus of West Coast Floor Company did an amazing job on my floors. There were a few problem areas and the new sections he put in blend perfectly with the original wood. I would hire this company again absolutely.

West Coast Flooring does great work but sometimes hard to reach them to do follow up work. The bathroom floor and moldings are still incomplete. Haven't been able to reach them via phone or e-mail to finish this job up. It's been just about 2 weeks since we communicated last. Not sure what has happened.
