Verizon Wireless

I would give them a B because it is hard to get help.  I feel like there ignoring me a little bit.  Maybe it is because they are so big.  Very rarely do I drop a call.  I think the customer service needs improvement.

I am having problems with them as they stopped supporting the device which I had.  They wanted me to upgrade to a new Verizon device which would also add to my service contract with them but I did not really want to do that.  They were unwilling to come right to plan even though they know I am not supported and they want me to pay a penalty for early termination.  I thought it was pretty lousy because if they do not support a service then they should not be charging me for it.  There was really no alternative for it and they said that I would either have to continue using their service or pay the early termination fee.  They pricing is high and they are not professional.   

I am 60 years old and I bought a smart phone.  They have been so unhelpful.  It is really terrible.  I have a friend who is 68 and just got a smart phone and faced the same experience.  They are mainly there for the young person; that’s the whole idea.  I was waiting for my turn and there was this Vietnamese woman and they were actually trying to sell her something that she could get freely off the internet.  That was pretty deceptive; taking advantage of a person that didn’t know anything about what she was buying.  It was terrible going and waiting there.  They are pretty good in professionalism.

We have two phones and two numbers.  We pay them monthly.  Their service has been pretty good.  We rarely have dropped calls.  We don't have any problems.  Our experience with them has been pretty positive.

I am satisfied overall Verizon Wireless. I would not use another provider.

They seem to be very reliable.  I don't recall having any problems consistently.  The phone always works.  I don't have dropped calls or anything like that.  I don't have any complaints about them.

We had AT&T first and my phone didn't work well in the area. Several people I know had Verizon and the service worked, so when my contract ended I switched. I am having trouble getting a taste for the phone and finding a silicone cover.

This company is the only one I know of that provides coverage in my area. The store employees have been professional when I was in the store. I am very satisfied with the services I receive from Verizon.

We have a hard time with access at our house. we have drop calls all the time. I don't know if that is their fault or not.
I'm disappointed that you have to go with a smart phone.

I am satisfied overall with my experiences with Verizon Wireless. I chose Verizon Wireless because they are the most dependable in the area. They also were the best price with them being linked. The professionalism is not what I expect. I am under contract or I would be using another company for the service.

I have always been happy with their service and find their staff to very knowledgeable and helpful. I find their upgrades are very good. My husband had a problem with his phone and they took care of it very quickly.

I chose this company because a friend recommended it to me. I like their friends and family program. I am not very happy with their customer service because I don't find they have enough technical knowledge of their product. I don't like that they want you to continually upgrade cell phones.
I find their overall package to be competitive which is why I put up with some other unpleasant issues I have with them.

I think they are great and have very good customer service.
