SULLIVAN TERMITE INSPECTION

We have rotting on our deck on three sides of our home. We called for an inspection to see if it was termites and to see what work needed to be done. He came when he said he would, and even called the evening before to make sure one of us would be there. He showed up on time and looked at the areas effected. He also went under the house and did a complete inspection of the home. He was supposed to send a report, "in a few days." I e mailed him well after a week had passed and did not get a response from the e mail. I waited another week or so and sent a strongly-worded e mail about his promise, etc. I finally got an e mail back a few days later. He said he had sent the report. I sent back an e mail telling him we did not get a report. He e mailed back and said he was having problems with technology. A few days later we finally received the report and there was a new date on the report that dated when the report was generated, which was well after the report was supposed to have been written. He said he had to fill out a new report, as there were problems with the technology, which meant he had to rewrite the report. The inspection was good, his professionalism while on site was good. I do not know what the story was with the rest of the report, or if there really was a technology problem. The report was good work, and seemed to answer all of our questions.
