After my house was flooded I hired Schultz Construction. They came and helped me during this very difficult time to come up with a plan of action for getting me back into my house as soon as possible. They did a great job fixing the damaged wiring, getting the new vinyl floor in, new bathroom fixtures, lighting, repairing walls, rebuilding the back porch and overhang including a ramp up to the back porch. They also replaced 4 windows and fix a hole that had been punch through the side of the house by the tree. They even came in under budget. Jim is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. They made a very difficult time bearable.
