The owner was not friendly. He brought in heavy equipment and dug up shrubs and a huge hole...which we never authorized...we only authorized him pumping the tank. He left all the shrubs he dug up in the carport for us to dispose of...he would not do it. He showed up at our property manager's office and wanted to know when he could start the job. He was very pushy and not a pleasant or friendly man.

The whole experience was very pleasant. The crew was very helpful, punctual and polite. The work was excellent and very well priced. The price saved us quire a bit over what a competitor quoted us. Pand R went over and above what we expected.
