Jacob and his crew are very responsive to my lawn and garden needs. They always come around the same time each week to mow the lawn and edge and trim bushes and plants that need trimming. They check and fix leaks when I notice a problem. They fix or add or change the drip irrigation when I ask . Jacob blessing, the owner answers me promptly when I call or e-mail him about something and his workers are friendly and responsive too. Once a rock flew up accidentally and cracked a window when they were edging. Mr. Blessing responded immediately. Informed his people and told me he would take care of it, I got my window people out to give an estimate,since it was a custom window. He made good on his promise. His guys felt really bad about it too and try to avoid that. But apparently this is a hazard of the business. So Jacob is prepared. He is very good at communication. Much better than previous lawn and garden businesses. He Speaks English, which is a big help. He uses quality equipment and knows his stuff . He explains what he has to do. We've had others just put cheap stuff in that went bad quickly.when we had to cut back because of money, He worked with us. I am very satisfied. He is more organic and natural. So if weeds start showing up, you have to decide how you want to deal with it. He's not into pesticides. So if young want that , he may not be your person. You can ask him.

They are very responsive, they always take care of everything and it's much better than the services I've used in the past where it's hard to speak to someone or they don't follow through. Plus, he is much more reasonable.
