Positive- very polite, did a really great job in my kitchen and bathrooms. All other areas were clean nicely also. It took about 4hrs for “deep clean” on a 2bedroom 2 bath patio home. Text messaging and follow up after I submitted my request is what help win them the first visit. The job won them continued service agreement.
Opportunity for improvement is to have business cards or IDs with company name to add a level of professionalism. Once we used ChatGPT to communicate since I don’t speak Spanish things went fine.
