Well, you know what they say: What's the difference between a used car salesman and a **********? At least you'll have fun getting f**ked by the **********, and it'll cost you less. Jimmy Vasser Toyota ripped my 70-year-old mother off by selling her a defective 2012 Honda Insight in December of 2020. Since then it's broken down FOUR times, the latest of which came with the news that the entire engine block will need to be replaced to the tune of at least $3,700 (she paid $8K for it). Our mechanic said that the issue with oil overconsumption (leading to parts degradation and major engine problems) is a well-known issue with certain early hybrids, the 2012/13 Insights specifically, and that it was highly unlikely that dealership didn't know about it before selling the car anyway. Called the sales department to see what they had to say for themselves about this mess, and of course, they've washed their hands of the car and my mother alike. What's defrauding an old woman out of her hard-won meagre savings to Jimmy Vasser? Doesn't even phase them. DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS. YOU'LL REGRET IT. We sure do. PS: Their Better Business Bureau accreditation was revoked last year. Make of that what you will.

They are terrific. They always do a nice job for me. I have a Prius that is almost 200000 miles and have kept it going.

This was my first time at this location. I drove around the building and did not see the Parts Department, so I parked near the sales office. A sales associate politely directed me to the other side of the building. As I approached the parts counter, I observed both employees in the back having a pizza. However, they noticed me right away and did not make me feel like an interruption. They provided the parts I needed within minutes and asked if I needed any help with installation (I didn’t). Good overall impression.

It went well:
1) in and out fast
2) beautiful and comfortable waiting area
3) complimentary soft drinks, water, cookies
4) cable tv
5) great customer service

The workers at Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet Toyota have always been very good and they provide fine service. They're always very pleasant to deal with, they make an effort to get you in there. They do extend themselves. It's a nice surprise that after a big job, my car comes out already washed.
