I thought they were very rude and unpleasant to work with. I felt that I was lied to about getting the back door open after I found one of my spare keys and told him that I had found it. His response was that he had already got the door locked. I seen him go around the house and was wondering what he was doing. He told her that he locked the door again. I do have a hard time believing that the door was ever open as the last time that I did that, it took the other locksmith over a half of an hour to get it open, and it was only a couple of minutes. I wouldn't know why he would have gone back and locked it behind him as I was home. I was not happy at all.
