Franks Janitorial Service was very accommodating to my schedule as they came on a Saturday to do the work.
They were punctual and professional, and charged a fair price for the size of my home.
They did a good job, but the major disappointment I had was that they were unable to remove hard water stains on the windows. The house cleaning service that I use were able to remove all the hard water stains, so I will be having them include window cleaning in their regular service.

I've had them several times and the quality is an A but we have had problems with people in the past leaving things behind and I wasn't happy about that.

We have been very pleased with them. They did an excellent job. We've used them before and we like them a lot. They are a local company. We paid $250 for the carpet cleaning. We have found cheaper but we like them. We will absolutely use them again.
