Description of Work: Cleaned and waxed kitchen floor. Large area of rubber tile, 21 yrs. old. First done end of May and I complained, in writing, about some white flecks that got into the was and looked like paint splatters. Jesus called to review my complaint and agreed to redo the job 6/23. The floor looks stunning; like new. The technician not only removed the flecks, but he somehow managed to remove other age-related damage and I could not be happier.

 + -1 moreFranks Janitorial Service was very accommodating to my schedule as they came on a Saturday to do the work. They were punctual and professional, and charged a fair price for the size of my home. They did a good job, but the major disappointment I had was that they were unable to remove hard water stains on the windows. The house cleaning service that I use were able to remove all the hard water stains, so I will be having them include window cleaning in their regular service.
Description of Work: Franks Janitorial Service cleaned all the windows in my house inside and out.

carpet cleaners, window cleaning
 + 0 moreWe have been very pleased with them. They did an excellent job. We've used them before and we like them a lot. They are a local company. We paid $250 for the carpet cleaning. We have found cheaper but we like them. We will absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: We used Franks Janitorial to do carpet cleaning in the whole house and they also did window washing inside and out.
