DUNNE RIGHT REMODELING

I have to be fair in that I do not know the details in what the seller and contractor discussed, but the work was basic water damage repair and 2 years later it is falling apart. Quality of work appeared OK at the time of completion and passed inspection, but 2 years later it requires repairs/replacement. The grade of materials used was poor and caulking was used in areas where cauliking should not be used, more of a cover up than functional use of caulking. Ceiling boards are sagging and a gap has opened at the corner of the porch. Support posts were green and weep sap. Other support beams are bowed; where 2 posts originally abutted each other there is now a 1 inch gap. Even if the seller said to do the cheap work the contractor essentially left a sign that reads "for all subsequest projects and remodels you know who not to call".

Dunne Right Remodeling came and talked to us but they never got back to us. They were hard to get a hold of and we did not receive any follow up phone calls. It took long for the estimate to come back and I did not want to move forward because of no communication. They were however personable and friendly.
