CARPET ONE FLOOR & HOME DESIGN CENTER

Seemed to go Ok, but creaking at front door, popping when walked on in kitchen, and a bubble going into dining room appeared soon after installation. It was pulling teeth to get anyone out to look. On the first call the installer surface nailed (with a nail gun) that left small craters but did not fix the problem. future response was to come look, say oh my, and call in someone else, who never called, so back to pulling teeth to get someone to look, care, and repair. To this day it has not been repaired. The problem seems to change with weather ( humidity?) and it's back in full force, and the popping is spreading. It's pointless to call again, they don't remember the other visits and it starts all over again. The floor looks good if you don't walk on it!

I love the company. I also had them do a bathroom floor. I used them for several things, and I really like this company. They do very good work. The prices are not too outrageous, and if you want good service, your going to have to pay a good price. I would hire them anytime.

The carpet looks good and I have no complaints. I really cannot say much because it is just carpet, but there are no folds or anything of that nature that could possibly make me dissatisfied. I had a good experience with them and I wouldn t mind hiring them again.
