They are terrific. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

I had used A-1 Integrity Services to clean the carpet in my house from 2001 to 2005, which was the last time it was professionally cleaned.  After a lot of work, forgetfulness and school, in preparation for renting out my house, I called A-1 only to realize that I hadn't used them for 6 years!   My carpet was thrashed -- really thrashed.  It's a low berber-like beige-y carpet with different hues of browns and tans.  Now it was practically gray with so much dirt and a poor attempt at cleaning it myself in 2009 (I so don't recommend doing that).A-1 is a local, family-owned company and has always provided great service.  I warned them of the time lapse between cleanings, and they were SO helpful and asked a lot of questions in order to give them an idea of how to treat it.  I requested sensors for pet urine (just in case since I used to have an old kitty) and noted heavy stains.Rob, the owner, and his employee came on time, of course, and by the time they were done, which wasn't long at all, the carpet looked SPECTACULAR.  They even got rid of a 2 year-old adhesive spill I couldn't remove.   On the spur of the moment, I had Rob do the cushions on my dining chairs, and they looked fantastic.I'm probably going to have them come back and do some touch up since my carpet was so badly soiled, and I plan on having my property managers use them too when my tenants move out.  These guys are great, and I can't recommend them highly enough
