I recommend Matt and team to anyone considering upgrading the security of your property. Matt worked around my very unusual working hours, and the needs of my tenants, to get a camera system installed with zero problems. He was communicative every step of the way. Before I hired MCS, Matt listened to what I was looking for and made recommendations based on the layout of my building. Other companies that I got quotes from insisted on telling me what I needed without even visiting in person. The team showed up on time for every appointment with all the proper equipment, and even finished ahead of schedule. There were no lame excuses for shoddy work or delays like I'm used to from most contractors and trades. It was just done right. Matt then spent extra time answering all my questions and demonstrating the equipment, which I find to be great quality and guaranteed by MCS. I will absolutely hire them again!! Quality service like theirs at a reasonable price is so rare!!

Had a broken phone line going from external panel to inside apartment phone jack. This was initially diagnosed by phone company but they recommended I find a "low voltage" contractor to repair or replace the line. After contacting a number of companies (mostly security and alarm) spoke with Matt who was willing to look at the problem. We made an appointment for him to come out and look at the issue. He charged a service trip fee to come and the fee was applied to the eventual repair work. Matt arrived when scheduled and on time. He was very friendly and professional and answered all my questions throughout our interaction. He reverified the broken line and was able to isolate and locate it inside the wall and replace the broken segment. He cleaned up afterwards and was patient as I confirmed and tested that phones in all rooms were working. Would use him again.

MCS was great! They were straightforward and I knew exactly what I was getting. They went through every detail of the alarm contract, and explained how every piece of equipment worked. Matt was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to cover my home to keep my family and I safe. The camera's installed were surprisingly great resolution, I can even see license plates and details of cars driving by. I compared their pries and quality with several other companies and they, by far, were the best. VERY happy with my service and system.
