The biggest problem was a language barrier. There were two service people, one could speak no English, the other could understand a semblance of English, of which I would categorize, her language skills as below a working knowledge. Overall, they did a good job at cleaning the house. However, I was specifically watching the time, and told them to apportion it appropriately between the top and lower level. They spent roughly 2/3 of the time on the upper level, and 1/3 of the time on the lower level. As a result I had to pay for an extra hour for them to properly clean the lower level. This extra money was not what was bargained for. That being said, they actually did a good job and I would have them clean the house again, provided my instructions were explicitly followed. This is not the service workers fault, but their super-ordinates fault as I assume the superordinate can speak Spanish which I do not. In order for me to use the service provider again I would expect a credit for the extra hour I had to pay. The choice above which asks would you use this provider again does not give you a choice; it is a Yes or No, the true answer is it depends on the providers willingness to credit me for the extra hour I had to pay for.
