It started off fine with the owner and his nephew coming out. Eventually the owner stopped coming out and the nephew took over. This did not go well at all. He neglected certain parts of the yard. When I called to complain, he said he would come out to look at the yard. He came out and said it is not acceptable and that he was going to come out and get it fixed. He did come back out but only did half the job as his hedge trimmer was broke. When I came home, I found him taking a break and he told me he was not going to be able to trim the hedges. He ended up charging me full price for being there an hour. Later he was supposed to come back and finish the work and he emailed me to say he had to drop some of his customers and that he was not coming back.
