He has been very responsive. The water leaked one day and he was right there. He solved the problem that nobody else can solve. It was reasonable. He was prompt. He was a specialist. Everybody else was trying to use parts that did not work and did not really understand what it really needed. He just got right into it. He brought everything with him in his truck and would not have to leave and run to the Home Depot like everybody else did.
