Nate and his entire team at Theater Monster are excellent at what they do. I just finished a giant remodel and not only did Nate and his team come in and present ideas and options that I had no idea were even possible, his bid was the most competitive and easy to understand. Home automation and technology in general can be a daunting subject for someone who isn’t experienced with it. Nate presented a very understandable plan from beginning to the end… He did all my prewiring, installed 15 TV’s and made my house a smart home using Control 4. I can push 1 button and the whole house goes into “Party” mode, it’s incredible. They presented great options for our home theater and really made that room something special working within a limited budget. He also integrated 5 old surveillance cameras into our new system which many people told me couldn’t be done… Nate did it in about an hour. Nate also did all of our landscape lighting and integrated the system into Control 4 along with all of our outdoor speakers. The Theater Monster Team worked seamlessly with our other subs (ADT, electricians etc) which made the renovation that much better. If I ever have an issues with the system which is very rare I know Nate is just a text away and usually fixes it within the hour remotely. I’m happy to recommend this company to all our friends and clients.

Amazing. We started with one little project that was done so well, we now have him renovating an entire apartment, Nate and Theater Monster are the best. Our first project was a universal remote, then surround sound, outdoor security cameras, smart home, landscape lighting, the list is endless of what they can do. Cant wait for the remodel of our apartment! Don't hesitate to call them!

We weren't aware that a third receiver was being ordered for our system. We already had two. One fairly new, and the other state of the art but quite a bit older. Not sure if this was our fault because we didn't understand or if they forgot to tell us or explain why this was necessary. Found out after the fact.

Most importantly, everything worked! The first time! We've had a flawless experience with hard-wired gigabit networking available everywhere in the duplex, working across the floors.

The structured wiring panels in the closets upstairs and downstairs where all the cables on each floor are gathered are very well organized and pleasing to look at with labeling of the wires. The wiring panels are flush with the back of the closet wall and unobtrusive.

In the end, the final cost turned out to be a little below the estimate, mostly because of adjustments for what we planned and what we finally actually implemented.

Nate and Theater Monster where prompt, courteous, and professional. Nate took the time to advise and educate me as needed, and reply to all my questions with helpful information in a timely manner. I even appreciated his integrity when he admitted that a roof TV antenna installation was not his forte.
