The technician came on time and finished the work withing two hours. Also, provide quite a few tips on how to keep the garage working properly. ALso, re-tension the spring for no charge.

They are very honest about the pricing. The owner quoted me one price and his wife (i.e. assistant) gave me another. After I received the quote on paper it was the lower price by the owner. They also installed a wireless keypad for $60. The installer spent about 7 hrs on the garage door (quoted 3-5hr). The price is about the same as another company. My only complaint is that the work is not perfect. There is a gap between the connecting trim about 1/2 in. You can't see if from far away but I know it's there and it's bothers me. I am considering asking them to redo it. Update 10/9/10. I emailed the company about the gap and they came out the next day to fix the problem. They are very prompt.

I called at noon on a Saturday. Got a same-day appointment for 1:30. They arrived a couple minutes early, and were done by 1:55. Upgraded the single spring (the one that broke) to a pair of springs (clearly safer, in case one were to break). I had called another vendor and got a slightly better price, but that vendor couldn't arrive until Sunday morning. Glad to pay a bit more for same day service, especially since my car was stuck inside, behind the non-working door.
