Gary (the owner) provided a really great service throughout the entire process. Ill start from the beginning. I moved into my house about 2 yrs ago and haven't had the carpet cleaned yet. I was so worried that the spots wouldn't be able to come out and so when I finally got the money and remembered to do it I contacted Gary. He had good reviews and I generally like to go with mom and pop type places instead of big corporations because they give you better service overall in my opinion. I contacted Gary and the first thing I liked was that he gave me an immediate quote. Unlike other places he didn't need come see the house or ask for square footage, his prices set and reasonable. I was so happy about that because with my chaotic schedule it was hard enough for me to schedule the cleaning itself let alone another appointment for him to come see the house. So we set the date. A 2 man crew come, including Gary himself which I was very happy about. I have 2 dogs and originally he said he would charge $35 dollars for each room with pet stains, which I assumed would be every room. When he got there he used a black light and told me that because the pet stains weren't all over the place in each room, he would only charge me $35 total for all the pet stains. Well I was absolutely giddy about that. Since I had him cleaning 6 rooms and stairs and hallway, he just saved me over a hundred dollars. He proceeded to clean my carpets which looked like new at the end of it all. It looked like when I first bough the house, and the carpet was new when I bought it. He even showed me the equipment he uses and demonstrated  the cleaning for me by showing me how the equipment got out this spot that I wasn't sure would come out. And to top it all off he gave me this spray that he created to help get any other stains out afterward....for free. Yep. I like free things. My last compliment is that he was honest with me. I asked him how often carpets should be cleaned because I heard a lot of different answers. He told me yearly although I thought they had to be cleaned much more often. That showed me he wasn't out to get my money because he could have let me believe that and have me hire him again in 3 months. Overall I was extremely pleased with their work and he and his crew were pleasurable, understanding, honest and reliable. Can't wait till next year to hire them again!

I found him on Angie’s List. He was very good and they did very well. He was very thorough and was not afraid of hard work. I had one little complaint but I did not even tell him about it. The guy that did the upholstery and the chair in my room got spray all over the floor around and the lamp but it came off because he did not cover anything. But that was his helper and not him. He was very good and he covered the whole floor and underneath the chairs. He was very responsive and gets right back. He was right on time, almost to the minute. I am going to use him again and he is coming back to do five rooms.

We are getting ready for many many people to stay and have ordered several services including these kind people to come out and clean for us. They did a EXCELLENT job on our carpet. My sister was very pleased, we HIGHLY recommend them, and the price is not pocket breaking as others. Very nice gentlemen who came and they did a awesome job.

Greg (owner) and his assistant Orin were spot on time!  They were both very friendly and professional!  The price was fair as my living room is probably closer to a Great room in size.  The deodorizer smelled wonderful.  They worked fast and Greg took the time to let me know what they were doing and how.  He gave me a small bottle of spot remover of his own formula and was just generally pleasant to deal with.
I would recommend this company!  I will be using them again in the future.

I was very impressed. They did a good job considering that I had substandard carpet. If I had known the carpet was substandard as it was, I wouldn't have paid as much as I paid to have it cleaned. They came out in their area, and I'm not in their area, but they are willing to do it because it was such a big job, and while they were here, they were very professional, and they did a good job. It just doesn't look like it now because of the carpet quality. I was impressed with them. If I have to get good carpet, I definitely will put them on my list to come back. As far as people being able to smell the pet odors, they did eliminate the pet odors and that was a huge thing because I've got some uncontrolled dogs. They did get rid of the pet odors as far as human smelling, but the dogs can still smell it and they still go where they were going. He gave me some hints on what to do about this problem and I was very impressed. I definitely will call him back if I ever get better carpet. I liked what was said on Angie's List about him so I called him that morning of March 12 to see if he would come out of his area and he came out that afternoon. You can't get better service than that. Gary is his name and I was very impressed with their professionalism and the job that they did. He does a very good job. I recommend him highly. The issues started coming back out within the next couple of weeks, and he would have come back but I chose not to ask him to come back because of the quality of my carpet. He guarantees his work.

I was very happy with them. It cost about $270. There was a pet smell in the carpet so it was $105 for odor removal. The quality was really good and I was really happy with it. They were right out there. I called them on Friday afternoon and he came first thing on Monday morning. He was right on time and he was pretty professional. I am going to use them again.

They were outstanding and I was happy with the whole thing. The workers were great and their demeanor over the phone was good also. They got the job done quickly and efficiently.

TWO-MAN TEAM INCLUDING THE OWNER ARRIVED ON TIME.  THEY USE A POWERFUL SUCTION, ROTATING CLEANING HEAD THAT HAS THE CARPETS LOOKING GOOD A MONTH AFTER THE CLEANING.  OUR HOME IS 1,750 SQ. FT. AND CARPETING THROUGHOUT EXCEPT FOR THE KITCHEN AND ONE BATHROOM.  THE TWO MEN WORKED AS A TEAM TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN ABOUT 1.5 HOURS.  WE HAD A THREE-YEAR OLD RUST STAIN IN OUR HALLWAY FROM THE TIME WE REPLACED OUR HEATER IN OUR ATTIC.  THE CARPET CLEANERS WORKED ON IT A COUPLE OF TIMES AND REDUCED IT TO THE POINT OF BEING BARELY VISIBLE.  IN ADDITION, THEY EDUCATED US ON THE TYPE OF SPOT REMOVERS TO USE THAT WOULD NOT DAMAGE OUR CARPET AND PROVIDED A FREE BOTTLE OF THEIR OWN CARPET CLEANING SOLUTION.  WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN FOR FUTURE CARPET CLEANING!

The owner Gary called back after I e-mailed him from his web-site in 5 minutes and was available to come immediately.  He had his own power and supplies and worked fast.  End result was very clean tile and grout at a great cost.  He did most of the first floor and I highly recommend him.

Gary Hite, the owner/operator, did an excellent job on our carpets...he was very thorough and professional. The job took him about 4 hours (our house is about 4,700 sq ft). We will definitely call Dirt Army again when it is time to clean our carpets. Gary takes great pride in his work.
