We are a computer Sales, Service and Repair company, We have been in business since 1997 and have been serving the Valley since 2000, we have 3 technicians that service your machines here at the shop or at your facility. If you need on site service we charge by the hour, that depends on what type of service you need, it ranges from $40.00 up to $150.00, just depends on what service you need, if it is an emergency, etc. If you want to bring your machine in to us at the Jefferson locationl then we charge a "Bench fee" that allows us to start working on your machine and diagnose what your problem is. Then we will call you and tell you what the charge would be to fix it. If you mention Angies list, we can take 20% of of your service
