Unhappy with the work and customer service I received fro Rob. After my fence was put up it was very crooked in some spots and slightly crooked in others. The explanation I was give on why my fence was crooked was because of the foundation between my neighbors yard and mine. If I knew they were going to leave my fence crooked I would have never hired them. They did make a few adjustments to the fence however I am still left with a crooked fence and a crooked gate. After their work was done, I found a gauge on part of my gate, a hole in a post from a missing plug and my gate was sitting crooked (still is). I have a gap between the concrete and the fence now that is big enough for a small child or my dog to get his foot stuck in. When I pointed that out to Rob he told me “I’m a fence guy not a concrete guy, but I can fill it for you but I will have to charge you.” Of course I would never use him for anything else. Rob told me I had to understand that because they did my neighbors house before mine that I had to deal with the consequences of that. I feel they didn’t want to do the extra work needed to make sure everyone’s fence was as straight as possible. Also, they do not fill in the open gaps they leave under the fence. Their reasoning for flaws in the fence such as scratches is do to the company they order from. I am not sure how me as a customer should be receiving flawed pieces because Rob feels “it’s no big deal”. Rob says it’s a manufacture defect, that’s just how they come. Therefore I was left with a few scratches on my vinyl fence. I think Rob and his Forman are very unprofessional. Their work is poor for the amount of years they have been in business. If you do not speak up about their poor work I feel you will be taken advantage of.

My neighbor called Ron Terry and made an appointment for him to come over and give us an estimate to tear out the old fence and install a new 6' vinyl fence for both of us. He came as scheduled and looked over our properties and took measurements of the existing fence.  He was very friendly and professional.  He told me that he is booked solid and that it would be 3 or 4 weeks before he could start the project, but he would e-mail us an estimate for both of us so we would know the cost for each of us.  We received the e-mails the next day and both agreed that the costs were very reasonable, so I sent  Ron an e-mail saying that we were both happy with the estimate and were ready to proceed.  Approximately 4 weeks later Ron called to set up a date for the installation.  His workers showed up on time and after explaining what they were going to do, they immediately started to work.  They finished the whole job (an 87' fence, a 5' fence, an 8' fence, and 2 gates) in one day.  They did a terrific job and everything looked great.  Both workers were very friendly and professional and very patient with my dog who kept trying to play with them.  They did a thorough job of cleaning up after they finished.  I was very impressed with the whole operation and will tell my neighbors about them.

Fast estimate with reasonable price (middle estimate of 3).  All work was performed quickly, professionally and neatly with attention paid to protecting my dogs and those of the neighbors and temporarily enclosing the yard to prevent unsafe access to the pool.  The finished work is sturdy and looks great.  I am very pleased with the job.

They are very good! It was incredible. They called me back right away and sent someone out to measure and give me an estimate. They told me how long it would be before the fencing would be ready and told me exactly what day he would be calling me. He called me that day, he was true to his word. He had someone out within the next day. They did the work within half a day and they cleaned up and made it look really nice. The materials are all made in the United States which I really like as well.
