I started the processing in December 2010, and by the time they got it back to me, it was already January 2011. I got this furniture that was old but it was really good, solid furniture and it was very expensive. I wanted to change the color to mahogany type color. I showed him the furniture in my living room and told him that was the color I wanted. He takes this furniture and he has it for ever and he kept giving me excuses. He comes back and it is not the color I wanted at all, and is like practically black. I ended up paying him for the whole thing and I just hate it. He just told me that it was the style of the day. It has been a year now and I am accepting it but it is just so hard to accept. I had talked to others and he was up there with the price. He knew what he was supposed to be doing and he just messed it up terribly. It would have been fine if he had done the job the way he was supposed to. I would tell people to go to him if you want your stuff refinished and you want it not to be the color you want.
