Bob fit me into his schedule at the last minute and was so punctual that he actually finished the job before he was scheduled to show up! His work is warrantied too!

It went very well, he went out of his way to match my schedule, which I appreciated.

Called, he answered, said he would be by in 15 minutes and he was. Replaced broken spring, checked and lubed all the hinges.Took 30 minutes, just like he said. Job was finished, from phone call to completion in less than 1 hour!

I called Bob to replace the broken spring and found out there's more to be fix. He fix all the problems without additional charge. He was so concern of our safety and the service was wonderful . He was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. I will use him again in the future to upgrade the motor.

Bob scheduled with my tenant right after I called him and finished the work soon. My tenant likes Bob's work and the doors look amazing and work great. Bob told me all the detail of the work about the model and the brand which are going to replace the broken doors and told me why need to replace all doors.

Late at night my roll-up garage door jumped the track and hung up. RC Door came out the very next morning and repaired the track, put the rollers back in the track, lubricated all the hinges and moving points, adjusted the springs. lubed the springs, lubed the drive train, then throughly and extensively tested the door and opener.  I am exceptionally satisfied with not only his work but his professionalism and knowledge. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

BOB WORKED FAST AND KNEW JUST WHAT HE WAS DOING. EVERYTHING WORKED GREAT AND THE OLD OPENER NEVER WORKED BETTER. THE DOORS ARE VERY QUIET NOW AS THEY WERE VERY NOISY BEFORE.
